GLOSSARY

A philosophy that incorporates an approach, a process (notably the 4-D Cycle of Discovery, Dream, Design, and Destiny) for engaging people at any or all levels to produce effective, positive change. Adapted in organizational change initiatives such as strategic planning, leadership, redesign of structures and systems, and cultural transformation. AI begins by identifying what is positive and connecting to it in ways that heighten energy, vision, and action for change.
