Job Crafting
GLOSSARY
Modifying aspects of one’s job to improve fit between the characteristics of the job, your needs, abilities, and preferences. The physical and cognitive changes individuals make in the task or relational boundaries of their work. Can often lead to greater feelings of job engagement.
