A trait where an individual has (i) an accurate assessment of self, including an awareness of their limitations, (ii) modest self-presentation in that they are not only honest in their self-assessment but seek to be honest in their self-presentation, and (iii) an interpersonal stance that is other-oriented rather than self-oriented.
